Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of HostingX services provided by LOD Corporation Ltd. The client selects a service, submits an order, receives a reference number and pays by bank transfer or SumUp when the option is available.
Services are activated after payment confirmation and technical review. The client is responsible for published content, legality of activity and keeping access credentials secure. Spam, phishing, malware, illegal content and actions that harm the infrastructure are prohibited.
LOD Corporation Ltd. may suspend a service for unpaid obligations, breach of terms or security risk. Backups are an auxiliary mechanism and do not replace the client’s own backup policy. The Bulgarian version prevails in case of interpretation.
