Payment and Activation

HostingX orders can be paid by bank transfer or via SumUp when card payment is enabled. After submitting an order, the client receives a reference number that should be used with the payment.

Services are activated after payment confirmation, order review and technical preparation. VPS, dedicated server or migration orders may require additional communication for parameters, access and implementation plan.

After activation, you receive clear information about services, statuses, payments and access to the relevant control panel.
